How we hire interns
Four steps, two to three weeks end to end. Exam block coming up? Say so and we will pause rather than quietly move on.
-
You apply
About ten minutesChoose an internship and attach your résumé with a project link. We review applications on Mondays.
-
A twenty-minute call
Within a weekA video call with whoever would be your mentor. We discuss the stipend and dates on this call.
-
A task for your role
Two to four hoursComplete a task drawn from your role. You get up to a week to fit it around your semester.
-
Team fit, then an offer
Final stageYou walk two of us through what you made, in the office if you can. We discuss the work and the next steps.
The questions every batch asks us.
Money, dates, paperwork, and what happens at the end.
Is the internship paid?
Yes. Every internship listed here is paid for its full duration.
What is the stipend?
We give you the exact number on the first call, before you invest more time in us. It depends on the role, the length and how much you have already built.
How long does an internship run?
Three to six months, full-time, in the Pune office. The Software Engineering Intern (Advanced) role is six months by default because the work does not compress. If you have a fixed college window, tell us on the call and we will confirm whether it fits.
Can I do it remotely, or part-time alongside classes?
No. Internships are in the Pune office, five days a week, working alongside your mentor. If you are mid-semester, apply for the next window instead of splitting your week.
Will you sign my college internship letter and evaluation forms?
Yes. We can complete offer and joining letters, evaluations, attendance sheets and completion certificates. Send us your college's format when you join and we will fill it properly. We have already done most of the Pune university formats.
Does the internship convert into a full-time job?
A pre-placement offer depends on your work and an available full-time role. Discuss your interest in staying with your mentor.
Which years can apply?
Second, third and final year students, plus graduates within a year of finishing. Diploma and postgraduate students are welcome. We care far more about what you have built than which semester you are in.
What should I put in the application?
Include a project link and a short description in your résumé. It could be a repository, app, Instagram account, design file or spreadsheet you built for your college committee. Work in progress is welcome.
