End User License Agreement overview

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service applies to Outfindr services provided by Outfindr Social LLP.

By accessing or using Outfindr, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Outfindr (the platform), you agree to this End User License Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

License grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Outfindr services.

• Access and use Outfindr services, including events, chat, discovery, and payments.
• Use platform features for personal and or business use.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or resell the platform.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation without permission.
• Do not exploit the platform for illegal or abusive purposes.

User accounts and security

You are responsible for account integrity and all account activity.

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
• We may remove usernames that are offensive or misleading.

User content and data rights

You retain ownership of content you upload, including events, chats, and media.

By using the platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for platform functionality.

• Do not upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Do not upload malware, phishing content, or scams.

Messaging and social interaction disclaimer

Outfindr provides communication tools, including chat, messaging, and group interaction.

We do not guarantee authenticity of users and do not monitor all conversations.

Interactions are at your own risk, and we are not liable for user behavior, harassment, fraud, or disputes.

Events and participation liability

Outfindr enables users to create and join events.

We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, damages, event cancellations, event mismanagement, or participant and organizer conduct.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

Payments, refunds, and transactions

Payments may be processed through third-party providers.

We do not store sensitive payment details.

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

We are not liable for payment failures, gateway issues, or disputes between users such as ticket refunds.

Privacy and data protection

We process your data in accordance with applicable laws.

We implement reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Data we collect may include account information, enabled location data, messages, interactions, and usage analytics.
• Your rights include data access, correction, deletion requests, and consent withdrawal where applicable.

Data retention

We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes.

We may delete or anonymize data after account deletion.

Prohibited activities

You must not use the platform for abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent conduct.

• Do not violate laws or regulations.
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or hacking.
• Do not spread misinformation or spam.
• Do not use the platform for scams or fraudulent events.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, reliability of user-generated content, or suitability for specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outfindr Social LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational loss, user disputes, or third-party actions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outfindr Social LLP from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform, violations of this agreement, submitted content, or events you organize or join.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for agreement violations, legal reasons, security reasons, or at our discretion.

Upon termination, your license ends immediately and your data may be deleted.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction is courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Before legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution.

If unresolved, disputes are resolved via binding arbitration under Indian arbitration laws.

You waive class action rights and jury trial where applicable.

Third-party services

We may integrate third-party services such as payments, maps, and analytics.

We are not responsible for third-party data handling, service interruptions, or external policies.

Security disclaimer

While we follow best practices, no system is completely secure.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account.

Modifications to agreement

We may update this agreement at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
