A game after work, with your colleagues.
Your company gets a private Circle to plan activities and share costs. Here’s how a week could look.
- Monday Post a turf slot in Baner and invite your colleagues.
- Tuesday Check who's booked and whether anyone has joined the waitlist.
- Wednesday Participants pay their share in the app before the game.
- Thursday Ask the group what they would like to do next.
From application to your first game, in about two weeks.
We onboard leaders in small batches and help each one set up their first activity. There is one leader per company.

- New features before they ship broadly
- A WhatsApp line to the people building OutFindr
- Headcounts, reminders and cancellations handled by the app
- Costs split and prepaid, so nobody chases money

Before you apply
- Circles are organised by employees. Company-funded programmes need a separate arrangement.
- Leaders receive platform credits. This is an unpaid organising role.
- The person applying must be the person organising the activities.
The questions you would ask us on a call.
Answered so you do not have to book one.
What is a Corporate Circle on OutFindr?
A private space inside the OutFindr app for one company. Colleagues join with their work email, see everything you put on, and book a spot. You are the Circle leader; OutFindr handles the venue, the booking and the money.
Does my company have to sign anything or pay for this?
No. An employee can start a Circle for free. If your company later wants to fund sessions from an engagement budget, that is a separate conversation, never a condition of starting.
How do you verify that I actually work there?
By your work email. We send a code to your company address and your Circle goes live once you enter it. Only people on that same domain can join it. Instagram verification is coming as a second option, but it is not live yet.
Who pays for the turf, the bus or the table?
The people attending pay for the activity. Check the booking total, each participant’s share and the payment deadline before confirming.
How many companies are running Circles right now?
We onboard Circles in small batches across Pune so we can help each leader through their first couple of events. You can reach our team on WhatsApp during setup.
What do I actually get as the Circle leader?
Platform credits to spend on your own Circle's bookings, new features before they ship broadly, a kit for your first event, and a direct line to our team. Leaders receive credits rather than a salary.
How much time does leading a Circle take?
Under an hour a week for most leaders. Pick a slot, post it in the Circle and check the bookings. Collecting money, counting heads and calling the turf are the parts OutFindr does.
Can we run things outside Pune?
Circles are currently available only in Pune, including Hinjewadi, Baner, Kharadi, Viman Nagar and Magarpatta. Contact us to request another city.
