Turn Pune's venues, hosts and communities into supply.

About the role

A going-out app is only as good as what is on it. This role owns the other half of the marketplace: the turfs, studios, trek organisers, run clubs, cafés and community leaders who make a Friday night worth opening the app for.

You are on the ground. You will meet a badminton court owner in Baner in the morning and a 4,000-member trek community's admin in Kothrud in the evening, and work with both to agree on a listing.

Start by signing partners yourself, then hire and lead BD associates.

What you'll do

  • Own the supply funnel end to end: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and keeping partners active after month one.
  • Document how to sign and support sports venues, adventure operators, community hosts and brands so future hires can use the process.
  • Track partners signed, events live and partners who remain active.
  • Feed the product team what partners actually need, with evidence.
  • Hire and lead the BD associates who come after you.

What we're looking for

If you meet most of these requirements, apply.

  • 4+ years in business development, partnerships or sales, ideally in a marketplace, consumer app or events business.
  • A track record of closing, with numbers you can talk through.
  • You know Pune, its neighbourhoods, its venues and how local businesses work.
  • Fluent English plus Hindi or Marathi.
  • Comfortable with a CRM and with owning a pipeline you have to forecast.

Nice to have, never required:

  • An existing network among Pune venues, communities or event organisers.
  • Experience with revenue-share or commission models.
  • You have built a team from one person to several.

Pune, Maharashtra · on-site, five days a week.

How we hire, in four steps.

Two to three weeks from application to offer. The process includes a call, a task or working session, and team interviews.

  1. Send your details and résumé for the team to review.

  2. A thirty-minute call about something you have built, and the salary band for the level.

  3. A paid take-home (four to six hours) or a three-hour working session in the Pune office. Your pick.

  4. Team round and founder round, usually the same day. Discuss the role and next steps.
