Refund Policy

Rules for cancellations, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks across OutFindr.

Scope

This Policy applies to bookings, events, and paid services processed through OutFindr.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the event rules and the time of cancellation.

  • Verification or onboarding fees are non-refundable once processing starts.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • Late cancellations may receive partial or no refunds.

Cancellation windows

Hosts set cancellation windows shown at checkout. If you cancel within that window, you receive the refund stated there.

If no window is displayed, the booking is non-refundable.

Host cancellations and material changes

If a host cancels, you receive a full refund or credit.

If an event is materially changed, you may request a refund within 24 hours of notice.

Disputes and chargebacks

We investigate disputes and may request evidence from all parties. Fraudulent disputes are prohibited.

Chargebacks may result in account suspension or removal.

Processing timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
